Loose dirt is best removed with a dry, soft shoe brush. Then work in a mild cleaning solution with a little water and a clean brush. Remove excess product with a damp cloth. After cleaning, allow to dry at room temperature. Afterwards, we recommend the use of a waterproofing spray, especially for the elastic ankle piece.
The Chelsea is not machine washable.

I like this boot. I have been wearing zero drop, minimalist shoes for over 10 years.
I ordered US size 11 and they are very tight, wish I had gotten 11.5.
The soles feel thick, even compared to other minimalist boots I have owned.
They feel warm and will be too hot for summer imo due to tightness.
The look good and have held up to 3 weeks wear. If I do order again I will go .5 size larger.

We understand that sizing is a crucial factor in finding the perfect fit. That's why we give our best to provide as much sizing & fit information as possible on feelgrounds.com/sizing. Our Chelsea boots are ideally suited for feet with low to medium instep volume. If you have a high-volume foot, you might indeed consider sizing up. The good news is that the upper material does give in a bit with some wear. So eventual tightness in the instep area might still get a little better.
Our Chelsea boots are designed with a flexible, zero-drop sole and are indeed a little thicker than e.g. our sneaker and sandal outsoles to incorporate a tread to provide more traction also in wet or snowy conditions. Therefore, we would generally recommend them more for spring, autumn, or winter and not necessarily for summer. But of course, it all depends on personal preference.

The shoes arrived in quick fashion and were sized based on the website recommendation. I ended up having to return them and ordered a size larger. The new shoes arrived and were lightweight and minimalistic, but had the perfect amount of support. The shoes do not have a natural toe box allowing for proper splay when compared to many other brands. They do stretch and fit well enough to meet the need. For €150, I have found a few other options that are a better fit and feel, but I am otherwise content with these for a casual shoe.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) to our warehouse in Germany for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The items have to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return.

You can download a return label in our returns portal for a discounted fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The use of this label ensures fast and easy processing of your return, and you can benefit from our favorable shipping rates: Australia ($30.00 AUD), Canada ($20.00 CAD), New Zealand ($30.00 NZD), Norway (100 NOK), Switzerland (10 CHF), United Kingdom (£10.00 GBP), all other countries (€20 EUR converted into local currency).
If you decide to return all ordered products, we will refund the outbound shipping costs along with the value of the returned product(s). If you go for a partial return, the outbound shipping costs will not be refunded.
Duties and taxes, which are added during checkout, are collected by your local customs authority and are therefore not refundable from our side. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the returns paperwork.
Any returned item not in its original condition or packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be applicable only for a partial refund.
