If you are a barefoot shoe beginner, consider inserting one of our insoles (available separately in our online store).
To clean your Original Mesh remove all loose dirt with a soft shoe brush. If necessary, go in with a clean, soft brush to apply some lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution. Wipe any excess product with a moist cloth. Air dry at room temperature after cleaning or when the shoes got wet.
For removing more stubborn stains, you can also throw your Original Mesh in the washing machine. You can wash your shoes by themselves in a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle with cold water. Let them air dry afterwards. Please be aware that machine washing can put a strain on colors and materials. So don’t wash your shoes like you wash your underwear!
Note: The shoes are not suitable for activities that cause a lot of friction on the sole, as this can damage the soft sole.
Oh the space.. my toes can move around, they're fantastic.
Over the last few years, what with spending so much time inside, I've grown more accustomed to going barefoot and had noticed my regular shoes feeling increasingly tight. Took me a while to notice that was because my feet had quite literally changed shape.. research led me here and so far I am not disappointed.

Just one tip : they feel a tiny bit smaller than the other shoes I have by FEELGROUNDS which is not a big deal because they're warm weather shoes so I'll be wearing them with thin toe socks or barefeet, but maybe if I'd have bought them in a shop and tried them on I'd have gone for half a size up.
Look and fell of the shoe is great but overall the craftsmanship is terrible. I’ve gone through 3 pairs of these shoes in only 6months time. These shoes have terrible traction and are a slipping hazard especially after just a couple weeks of use my shoes are almost completely flat on the sole with no tread patterns left.

Until now, we've been hesitant to make big changes to our soles, since many customers have no issues with durability and love them exactly for what they are. However, we've definitely heard your feedback as well, and have therefore continued to work on this project internally to find a solution that benefits everybody.
We're happy to announce that we've now started to implement a change that allows our soles to keep their Feelgrounds feeling while still enhancing their durability to make them suitable also for those of us who need more abrasion resistance. Due to production cycles, it will still take a couple of months until the changes are fully implemented, but we've absolutely taken your feedback seriously.

All orders are delivered duty paid (DDP). All fees, including taxes & customs duties, are already included in the final price you pay at checkout. This means no additional charges upon receipt of your parcel.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) to our warehouse in Germany for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The items have to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return.
Please note: You can only return your order for a refund. If you want to exchange your item(s), please place a new order.
You can download a return label in our returns portal for a discounted fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The use of this label ensures fast and easy processing of your return, and you can benefit from our favorable shipping rates: Australia ($30.00 AUD), Canada ($20.00 CAD), New Zealand ($30.00 NZD), Norway (100 NOK), Switzerland (10 CHF), United Kingdom (£10.00 GBP), all other countries (€20 EUR converted into local currency).
If you decide to return all ordered products, we will refund the outbound shipping costs along with the value of the returned product(s). If you go for a partial return, the outbound shipping costs will not be refunded.
Duties and taxes, which are added during checkout, are collected by your local customs authority and are therefore not refundable from our side. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the returns paperwork.
Any returned item not in its original condition or packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be applicable only for a partial refund.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, socks whose original packaging and/or plastic tab has been opened or removed (due to hygiene reasons)
