Loose dirt is best removed with a dry, soft shoe brush. Then work in a mild cleaning solution with a little water and a clean brush. Remove excess product with a damp cloth. After cleaning, allow to dry at room temperature.
The Patrol Lite is not machine washable.

- they fit very loose below the ankle; it's impossible for me to tighten the shoes enough to walk comfortably. Even though they fit true to size, they are built with so much extra height in the shoe that the laces can't cinch down enough to get a snug fit
- Challenging to take on/off with regular laces, as other reviews have noted. Again this is because of the shape of the shoe (it's an extreme L shape). I switched to the recommended FeelGrounds brand elastic laces, but it was a marginal improvement to start and the elastic wore out after one week. I switched back to regular laces.

Great boots but they are a serious pain to put on and take off. Metal eyelets do not go all the way down, and nothing on the back, like a loop, to pull the boots onto your feet. You will basically have to re-lace them every time. I wouldn't buy these again for that reason.

We have received similar feedback from other customers and understand the frustration it can cause. To address this issue, we have developed two elastic lacing systems called 'Click & Go' and 'Safe & Go.'
They provide a convenient and simple solution to the issue you raised and allow you to quickly slip in and out of your boots. Depending on the system, you can either adjust them once or individually as needed. These lacing systems are now available in our shop under the 'Accessories' section.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) to our warehouse in Germany for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The items have to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return.

You can download a return label in our returns portal for a discounted fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The use of this label ensures fast and easy processing of your return, and you can benefit from our favorable shipping rates: Australia ($30.00 AUD), Canada ($20.00 CAD), New Zealand ($30.00 NZD), Norway (100 NOK), Switzerland (10 CHF), United Kingdom (£10.00 GBP), all other countries (€20 EUR converted into local currency).
If you decide to return all ordered products, we will refund the outbound shipping costs along with the value of the returned product(s). If you go for a partial return, the outbound shipping costs will not be refunded.
Duties and taxes, which are added during checkout, are collected by your local customs authority and are therefore not refundable from our side. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the returns paperwork.
Any returned item not in its original condition or packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be applicable only for a partial refund.
