You can easily clean the sandal's cotton twill straps with a soft brush, a little bit of water, and a gentle cleaning product (e.g. our Cleansing Kit Eco & Cleansing Foam Eco). For cleaning the sole, we recommend a soft, dry brush to remove any loose dirt. Afterward, you can use a light coat of disinfectant spray (e.g. our Shoe Deodorant Eco) to neutralize potential odors.
Note: Cork is a natural material and may change its look when getting in contact with moisture. Therefore, discoloration over time, e.g. due to sweat, is entirely normal. The sandals are not suitable for practicing sports or wearing in the water.
I really wanted to like these, but the cork is very uncomfortable on the sole side my of my feet after short walks. I felt a lot of pain on the ball of my feet, too much friction when walking. I recommend a softer material that won’t irritate the skin as much.

I am so impressed with these sandals! Not only do they look adorable, but I have been walking all over chaperoning a trip to Mexico, and my feet haven’t hurt a single day. I love them and will definitely buy them again!
Perfect barefoot sandal, can be dressed up or down. Very flexible, very wide toe area, I personally have a lot of extra room, so would be great for people with very splayed toes. The toe thong bothered me a little at first but I am used to it now. I thought that strap would look too chunky but lays nicely. I feel I have high volume feet and they were fine for me. I do have marks on top of my feet at the end of the day but it’s not painful.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) to our warehouse in Germany for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The items have to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return.

You can download a return label in our returns portal for a discounted fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The use of this label ensures fast and easy processing of your return, and you can benefit from our favorable shipping rates: Australia ($30.00 AUD), Canada ($20.00 CAD), New Zealand ($30.00 NZD), Norway (100 NOK), Switzerland (10 CHF), United Kingdom (£10.00 GBP), all other countries (€20 EUR converted into local currency).
If you decide to return all ordered products, we will refund the outbound shipping costs along with the value of the returned product(s). If you go for a partial return, the outbound shipping costs will not be refunded.
Duties and taxes, which are added during checkout, are collected by your local customs authority and are therefore not refundable from our side. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the returns paperwork.
Any returned item not in its original condition or packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be applicable only for a partial refund.
