Loose dirt is best removed with a dry, soft shoe brush. Then work in a mild cleaning solution with a little water and a clean brush. Remove excess product with a damp cloth. After cleaning, allow to dry at room temperature.
The Patrol Lite is not machine washable.
Great boot, extremely comfortable, bought an insert comfort sole, excellent feel. Light weight and very packable. Great buy!!!
Boots are decent. Bad decision to omit eyelets from all the lace holds, takes too long to put on and take off.

As we have received similar feedback about the difficulty of putting on our Patrol models, we've added the elastic lacing systems 'Click & Go' and 'Safe & Go' to our product range. These lacing systems provide a convenient and simple solution to the issue you raised and allow you to quickly slip in and out of your boots. They're available in our “Accessories” section and are compatible with our Patrol, and lace-up sneaker styles. Depending on the system, you can either adjust them once to the length that's perfect for you or individually as needed.

So comfortable I feel like I could run a marathon in them. Better looking than other barefoot shoe brands. Will be looking to buy sneakers from feelgrounds next.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) to our warehouse in Germany for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The items have to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return.
Please note: You can only return your order for a refund. If you want to exchange your item(s), please place a new order.
You can download a return label in our returns portal for a discounted fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The use of this label ensures fast and easy processing of your return, and you can benefit from our favorable shipping rates: Australia ($30.00 AUD), Canada ($20.00 CAD), New Zealand ($30.00 NZD), Norway (100 NOK), Switzerland (10 CHF), United Kingdom (£10.00 GBP), all other countries (€20 EUR converted into local currency).
If you decide to return all ordered products, we will refund the outbound shipping costs along with the value of the returned product(s). If you go for a partial return, the outbound shipping costs will not be refunded.
Duties and taxes, which are added during checkout, are collected by your local customs authority and are therefore not refundable from our side. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the returns paperwork.
Any returned item not in its original condition or packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be applicable only for a partial refund.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, socks whose original packaging and/or plastic tab has been opened or removed (due to hygiene reasons)
